Indeed. As the top vote-getters in the AL and NL, respectively, during Phase I, Aaron Judge of the Yankees and Bryce Harper of the Phillies both secured automatic starting spots.

Both outfields were involved in the next closest races. Christian Yelich, Jurickson Profar, and Fernando Tatis Jr. were leading the NL, but Teoscar Hernández, Brandon Marsh, and Nick Castellanos were all closing in; third place and sixth place were separated by just three percentage points. In the AL, Anthony Santander was only 3% behind Steven Kwan, who was leading Juan Soto and Steven Kwan to join Judge in the outfield. With a more difficult climb ahead of him, Kyle Tucker was in fourth place, 12 percentage points behind Kwan.
