Caitlin Clark have broken the super history of WNBA viewership record and also…

Caitlin Clark left an everlasting mark on collegiate basketball, shattering the all-time scoring record and generating the highest women’s basketball regular-season television audience in the past 25 years.

After being picked first overall by the Indiana Fever in this year’s WNBA draft, the Caitlin Clark impact is now being seen on a professional level.

CBS stated this week that Sunday’s showdown between the Indiana Fever and the Chicago Sky had an average of 2.25 million people, making it the most-watched WNBA game on any broadcast network in the previous 23 years.

According to Front Office Sports, six networks have smashed their WNBA single-game viewership records this season, and each of those games had one thing in common: Clark’s Fever were playing.

Last season, the Indiana Fever drew slightly over 81,000 fans to Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis for 20 home games, according to Across the Timeline data. It had the second-lowest attendance in the WNBA and one of the poorest ticket sales seasons in franchise history. This season, however, Fever home attendance has already reached 82,000, and they did it in only five games.
