Michael Bidwill, the owner of the Arizona Cardinals.
Phoenix Documents pertaining to a lawsuit against Michael Bidwill, the owner of the Arizona Cardinals, have been made available to us.
Bidwill’s former assistant filed the lawsuit, claiming that Bidwill “unmercifully harassed” her in order to “drive her to leave the Cardinals.”
What we know: Brittany Neuheisel, 54, was employed by Bidwill in 2019 as a personal assistant, according to the recently filed complaint for damages.
Neuheisel claims in the lawsuit that Bidwill “tormented” her because she didn’t “disavow members of her own family” and didn’t “participate in illegal conduct.”
According to the lawsuit, Bidwill called Neuheisel a “enabler” and made fun of her family’s parenting style, claiming that her relationship with her children and grandchildren was interfering with her ability to do her job.
According to the complaint, Neuheisel was also required to complete notifications to the federal government and foreign governments regarding Bidwill’s use of private aircraft. According to her, Bidwill insisted that she fill out the paperwork with inaccurate information.
When Neuheisel protested to such directions, Bidwill allegedly told her to “do it and then go to confession,” citing her Catholic customs, according to the lawsuit.
According to Neuheisel, in early 2021, Bidwill instructed her to send a pistol to a friend via FedEx. When she informed him of the limitations on shipping the firearm, he said, “That wasn’t what I asked for.” Simply ship it.
Bidwill is also accused in the complaint of attempting to find someone “young, beautiful, and athletic” to replace Neuheisel.
The complaint claims that Neuheisel was informed by the Cardinals’ VP of Executive Operations that it was her responsibility to locate Bidwill a girlfriend.
According to the complaint, Bidwill verbally abused the lady almost daily after she took over part of Neuheisel’s responsibilities when the organization recruited her to be the Cardinals’ Director of Events.

Cardinals officials release a statement
A representative for the Cardinals responded to our request for comment on the case with a statement.
“A plaintiff’s attorney from California sent the Cardinals an email earlier this week. He said that if the team didn’t provide him a sizable sum of money by 5:00 p.m. the next day, he would sue them. The lawyer has now filed the complaint after the team declined. The accusations stated in this complaint caught the Cardinals off guard, and they vehemently dispute them. They plan to defend the case in the proper forum. The team will not speak further because there is still pending litigation.
