Brock Purdy’s wife provides updates during the 49ers’ offseason.
The San Francisco 49ers’ season didn’t unfold as they had hoped, and the same can be said for their quarterback, Brock Purdy. After an impressive breakout year in 2023, Purdy’s performance dipped in 2024. While he wasn’t necessarily bad, his numbers declined significantly from his Pro Bowl campaign. His completion rate dropped from 69.4% in 2023 to 65.9% in 2024, and his touchdown total fell from 31 to just 20. This decline played a role in the 49ers finishing with a disappointing 6-11 record, landing them at the bottom of the NFC West.
Despite the tough season, Purdy is making the most of his offseason. On Thursday, his wife, Jenna Purdy, shared an update on Instagram about their recent activities. She posted photos with the Arizona mountains in the background and tagged The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix, which is about 40 minutes from Brock Purdy’s hometown of Queen Creek, Arizona.
In another post, Jenna shared a video of Brock skateboarding, captioning it, “Just a casual day with the bros,” while tagging his brother, Chubba Purdy, who recently wrapped up his senior season as Nevada’s quarterback.
Purdy is now eligible for a contract extension after completing his third year with the 49ers. Selected in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft, he signed a four-year rookie deal worth $3.7 million. Whether San Francisco will offer him a lucrative extension ahead of the 2025 season remains uncertain.
