Miami Heat: Jimmy Butler Trade Affected by Bradley Beal to Los Angeles Lakers News. The rumor mill has been working nonstop to find a way to trade Jimmy Butler out of South Beach before the deadline, as he is seeking to depart the Miami Heat. The Phoenix Suns appear to be the most likely destination at this moment.

In that scenario, Bradley Beal will also play a crucial part, and it is quite probable that he would need to be engaged in order for a Butler-Suns trade to succeed.

Despite his struggles since joining the Suns, Beal has a no-trade clause, meaning he has complete control over any future departure from Phoenix.

According to some rumors, Beal would be open to waiving the no-trade clause if teams like the Los Angeles Lakers, Denver Nuggets, Milwaukee Bucks, or Heat made an offer. However, it appears that proposal is off the mark.

Priority Sports and Entertainment’s Mark Bartelstein, Beal’s agent, recently spoke about his client’s no-trade clause.

In an extensive interview with The Arizona Republic, Bartelstein stated that “the reports that are out there are created out of thin air,” implying that Beal would waive his no-trade clause if the Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee, Denver, or Miami were trade destinations, according to Duane Rankin on AZ Central.

However, since the Beal camp appears to be keeping an open mind, he did not totally rule out the possibility of a trade. “That being said, I never work in absolute terms, so we wouldn’t say there would never be a trade that you wouldn’t consider,” Bartelstein went on.

“You should always remain open-minded in all areas of life, so if an opportunity arises that genuinely excites you, it’s important to take it into consideration.”

Jimmy Butler Trade Affected

That’s precisely the attitude you would anticipate from Beal’s agent. His team can afford to take their time because they are aware that they currently have all the cards.

There have previously been speculations that the Heat are not interested in acquiring Beal, whose output has drastically decreased since relocating to Phoenix; thus, it is also extremely likely that many clubs would be involved in any Butler-Suns trade.
