Breaking News: A Severe Fire Reported at Snapdragon Stadium, Located at 2101 Stadium Way, San Diego, CA 92108, Killing.

San Diego firemen sprayed chaparral in the San Carlos area, which is adjacent to Cowles Mountain, on Friday morning. However, water wasn’t leaking from the nozzles.

The Mighty Fire Breaker is the name of this product. “The product has been approved by the EPA,” stated Tony Tosca, deputy chief of the San Diego Fire Rescue Department.

EPA cleared it because, according to former San Diego Fire Chief Jeff Bowman, it contains no harmful substances.

It is a food-based substance with a citrus foundation that can be sprayed on homes or dry vegetation months in advance and will remain fire-resistant for the duration, according to Bowman.

Bowman continued by saying that only intense rain will be able to get rid of it before it lasts six months.

No rain, no matter how heavy, is predicted.

The San Diego Fire Rescue Department used the substance to chaparral for the first time today. However, they have been utilizing it to prevent the spread of encampment fires near the San Diego River.

So, how can we be certain that it functions?

Five weeks ago, Bowman sprayed his Christmas tree as part of his personal experiment.

We placed a flame on it set to 3,000 degrees, but it refused to ignite, proving that it is as dead as it can be. A Christmas tree that is dead won’t burn. Bowman remarked, “I’ve never seen anything like it.”

According to Bowman and Tosca, they are now hopeful that individuals will begin installing systems that will spray the substance on their homes in the event of a wildfire. It can be included in new homes while they are being built, but it is also said that existing homes could benefit from it.

It will likely cost about $25,000, they added, but weigh that against losing your house.

Protecting exits with the spray is currently the fire department’s top priority.

“Did you notice how many cars were piled up on LA’s escape routes? They were unable to move and eventually got out of their cars,” Bowman added. “To ensure that no fire burns in the direction of the escape path, we have a system that will spray it 300 feet up the slope. People may drive away without worrying about dying.

Severe Fire Reported, Some SDG&E Customers’ Power Is Being Restored

SAN DIEGO, CA In the midst of severe weather on Wednesday, San Diego Gas and Electric was attempting to get power back to some customers who had been impacted by public safety power outages.

SDG&E field workers were patrolling and checking power lines to bring electricity back to consumers in specific locations as a result of better weather in other places. Public safety power shutoffs have left other customers without electricity.

In a press release, SDG&E announced that a red flag warning remains in effect for the region as Santa Ana winds are anticipated to intensify in certain areas, potentially hindering crews from inspecting all circuits affected by the PSPS. The utility emphasized the unpredictable nature of this week’s weather and stated that its meteorologists are closely monitoring forecast models hourly to ensure customers receive accurate, up-to-date information, while urging the community to stay prepared.

Power outages persisted in areas including Alpine, Boulevard, Campo, Campo Reservation, Descanso, Julian, La Posta Reservation, Manzanita Reservation, Santa Ysabel, Santa Ysabel Reservation, and Viejas Reservation.

The National Weather Service has issued a red flag warning and a wind advisory for the county’s valleys and mountains, which will remain in effect until 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Severe Fire Reported

“Patrolling and inspecting power lines are the first steps in the restoration process after a PSPS,” the business stated. “Even when inspections are in progress, it can be challenging to estimate how long they will take because each power line has a different length, the terrain, and whether airborne inspections are necessary. Before power can be securely restored, any damage must be repaired.

To help impacted communities, SDG&E established community resource centers. Wi-fi and phone and medical device charging stations are available in the centers.
