NRL Gold Coast Titans fresh recruit Reagan Campbell-Gillard has advertised his stunning pad in south western Sydney with a price tag of $1,999,950 – $2,099,950.

The 31-year-old footy champ is selling off the elegant four-bedroom, two-bathroom home after announcing his departure to Queensland following his surprising release from the Parramatta Eels in October.

Located 65km from the CBD in Harrington Park, near Campbelltown, the custom built dwelling has a pool, video room and home office.

Campbell-Gillard acquired the house in 2022 with his fiancée Alira Hoskin for $1,955,000 barely three years after it was constructed, reports The Daily Telegraph.

Features includes a large bedroom with opulent en suite and walk-in wardrobe.

Constructed to create an ultra-modern opulent ambiance, design highlights include soaring ceilings, reclaimed feature brick walls, and hardwood timber finishings.

Other features include a wide open plan living space that flows out onto a large al fresco eating patio.

The big kitchen contains a breakfast island and butler’s pantry.

Since announcing his transfer to Queensland Campbell-Gillard has also sold off his first house in western Sydney, which he purchased in 2015 for $400,088.

Located in Claremont Meadows, near Penrith, the four-bedroom, two-bathroom pad went under the hammer for $1.176million.

Since 2023, the footy champ was using the home as an investment property marketing it for $720 a week.

Campbell-Gillard, who began his NRL career with the Panthers in 2015, provides plenty of experience playing at the top level.

He has 221 NRL outings under his belt and has represented New South Wales and the Kangaroos.

The hefty prop forward was granted a release from the final year of his contract Parramatta after the arrival of new coach Jason Ryles, who had deemed him surplus to requirements.

That came even after Campbell-Gillard had experienced a fantastic season for the Eels’ engine room, starring in 24 games and being voted their Player of the Year.

Although he had been linked to a transfer to St George Illawarra, earlier this year he signed a three-year contract to join the Gold Coast Titans.

After dropping to 14th place in the NRL standings the previous season, the Queensland Titans have been attempting to improve their roster.

The football player’s sweetheart, Alira, announced their first child’s impending arrival to her social media fans in August 2021.

The happy couple had announced their engagement just four months prior to the news.

Later, she posted a picture of herself showing off a gorgeous diamond while dining with the pair at Sydney’s The Restaurant Pendolino.

‘My person… for life,’ the brunette beauty said as the caption for her photo, adding an engagement emoji.

In 2023, the couple had their second child.
