This weekend, the Buffalo Bills will go on a lengthy flight to the west coast for their Week 14 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams. It has been a long time since the Bills have been a completely healthy squad this season. It should come as no surprise, though, that the Bills have been dealing with injuries. The Bills appear to bear the weight of losing important players at different points each season.
However, they should have a different story in week 14. According to Maddy Glab, head coach Sean McDermott stated on the radio (WGR550) that all players will practice in “some capacity” and that the team would not be ruling anyone out at this time.
The Bills have been forced to play games without Amari Cooper, Spencer Brown, Keon Coleman, and Dalton Kincaid for the past month or two. Coleman and Kincaid are the only players that haven’t played as of late. Ironically, Buffalo has been dominating opponents in spite of all the injuries they have to deal with. Ask the 49ers, please.
Although all of the Bills’ players have been working out this week, five guys have been limited. The most well-known names are Kincaid and Coleman because they have been together since at least Week 11. Then there is Curtis Samuel, Quintin Morris, and Taylor Rapp, who have all been sidelined this week. They have a decent chance of participating on Sunday, though, because they are not listed as having “did not practice.”
The Buffalo Bills might be going to the West Coast in good health.
The Bills won the AFC East last Sunday night, so they already have it locked down. In the next five weeks, they only have to concentrate on two things: ensuring everyone stays healthy and chasing the No. 1 seed with the Kansas City Chiefs. The last thing the Bills need is a severe injury that might lose them both the top seed in the AFC and possibly a postseason game, given they are already guaranteed a home playoff game.
Ninety minutes before kickoff, the official Bills inactives list will be released, and Bills supporters will want to keep an eye out to see if Buffalo can return to full health. The Rams are still vying for the NFC West despite their 6-6 record, so the Bills will need all the assistance they can get to play spoiler against them.
