Alabama WR is missing against 5-star freshman due to the report and…

Does Alabama’s incoming freshman wide receiver have the potential to be a star in the collegiate ranks?

As freshman with the Crimson Tide, Nick Saban had Julio Jones, Amari Cooper, Calvin Ridley, Jerry Jeudy, Henry Ruggs III, DeVonta Smith, and Jaylen Waddle accomplish enormous success.

Waddle was a playmaker who won Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Year in 2018, Cooper and Ridley were 1,000-yard weapons as freshmen, Jeudy, Ruggs, and Smith helped the Alabama football team win a College Football Playoff National Championship in 2017, and Jones introduced a physicality that had never been seen before.

He earned the title of “Mr. Football” twice for the state of Alabama after reclassifying from the 2025 cycle to this recruitment term. Williams earned the Gatorade Player of the Year twice and came close to leading the Spartans to the 2023 Class 6A state title. The 165-pound, 6-foot-1 player spent his whole high school career as a human highlight reel.

Throughout his career at Saraland, he caught 187 passes for 3,254 yards and 47 touchdowns. In his career, Williams returned two punts for touchdowns, passed for one, and ran for 22 touchdowns. In the 100 and 200 meter dashes, he set personal best times of 10.49 and 21.28, respectively, demonstrating his exceptional track prowess.
