NFL REPORT: Buffalo Bills top-30 private meeting today…
There is less than one month until the 2024 NFL Draft.
The Buffalo Bills have 11 draft picks going into the draft. The team’s interest in prospects may determine who the Bills target with their selections.
One method to determine who the Bills might be interested in heading into the draft is to look at their private workouts, Zoom meetings, and top-30 visits. Brandon Beane has a history of using a top-30 visit on the team’s first round selections since taking over as general manager.
In 2018, he had visits with Tremaine Edmunds and Josh Allen in the top 30, and in 2019 he saw Ed Oliver and Kaiir Elam.
It’s crucial to remember that Buffalo did not receive a first round pick in 2020 as a result of the Stefon Diggs deal, and that season and 2021 saw no top-30 visits as a result of COVID-19.
Top-30 visitors included James Cook, Dawson Knox, and O’Cyrus Torrence, who were selected on the second day.
For the first time, Buffalo’s first-round selection did not travel among the top 30 last year. Despite not traveling to Buffalo, tight end Dalton Kincaid was nonetheless thoroughly investigated by the Bills. Buffalo conducted Kincaid’s final official interview at the 2023 NFL Combine; the organization also had a Zoom interview with him afterwards.
It’s helpful to be aware of the prospects the Bills have visited with in the run-up to the 2024 NFL Draft, given the significance of these meetings in the past. The Bills’ alleged top-30 visits, Zoom meetings, and private workouts are listed below. Below is a list of players the team spoke with during the combine.
