According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Austin Johnson will be in Buffalo on Wednesday.
The previous two seasons, Johnson, 29, was a member of the Chargers. In 2023, he started all 17 of the team’s games and finished with 46 total tackles, including two for loss, one quarterback hit, two passes defensed, and one forced fumble. 56 percent of the team’s defensive snaps were spent with him on the field.
Johnson was chosen by the Titans in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft, and he served out his rookie season with the team. After playing with the Giants for two seasons, he joined the Chargers in 2022.
