Awkward questions about Brock Purdy’s passing resemblance to the man who killed John F. Kennedy were directed at him this week, just before the Super Bowl.

The 49ers quarterback was informed about the recent similarities made between him and Lee Harvey Oswald, the man who, of course, used a sniper rifle to kill JFK in 1963. He is among the most notorious figures in American history, and BP has some resemblance to him.

Brock was asked this question during a news conference on Tuesday: was he aware that people had been referring to him as an Oswald lookalike? Not surprise, he denied it.

When Brock claimed not to have known about it, the question “What do you think of the comparison?” was posed as an obvious follow-up.
