In a swap of point guards, the Miami Heat are sending Kyle Lowry to the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for Terry Rozier, a person with knowledge of the deal told The Associated Press on Tuesday.
In order to finalize the deal, the Heat, who are currently leading the Eastern Conference, are also giving the Hornets a 2027 first-round lottery pick, citing a source who spoke to the AP under anonymity because the trade was still awaiting league approval.
