In the opening game of the NFL’s super wild-card weekend, the AFC champion Houston Texans will host the AFC wild-card Cleveland Browns. On Saturday, kickoff is at 4:30 p.m. ET.
The road team is favored by 2.5 points, while the game total is set at 44.5.
This game features several different narratives. Which is it—Comeback Player of the Year or Rookie of the Year? Will the Head Coach of the
C.J. Stroud, the favorite to win offensive rookie of the year, makes his postseason debut on Saturday.

Over 1.5 passing touchdowns (+120) for C.J. Stroud
Over 9.5 rushing yards by C.J. Stroud (-110)
The passing prop will be discussed first. In eight of the 15 games this season, Stroud has passed for two touchdowns or more. Although the Browns defense is formidable, I don’t think the Texans will stand a chance if Stroud doesn’t throw two touchdown passes. In Week 16, Houston’s projected team total was 21, and backup quarterback Davis Mills was able to throw for two touchdowns against this Browns defense, so I’ll gladly accept the plus-money reward for the likely Offensive Rookie of the Year. The payo is appealing to me.
